BiscoBarretta represents Galbusera’s new-generation healthy snack bars—based on biscuit dough and blended with cereal flakes, legumes, nuts, and dark chocolate. The high-protein version contains 23% protein and combines cranberry, oats, hazelnuts, and soy to deliver satiety and texture. Another variety, the cereals & dark chocolate bar, is high in fiber with around 17% dark chocolate content, conveniently packaged for on-the-go snacking.
